Position overview

Groupe Alphard is seeking a Project Manager – Business Technology Solutions to join our growing team in one of our offices located in Montréal, Brossard, Québec City, Trois-Rivières or Saguenay.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology. You will be at the heart of projects that optimize operations and information management in dynamic industrial environments where innovation translates into tangible results.

Reporting to the Team Lead – Content Management and Business Intelligence, you will guide our clients in implementing digital solutions tailored to their operations: automation, document management, dashboards, data integration and more.

Your responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to define technological solutions aligned with business challenges.
  • Prepare project documentation (functional specifications, execution plans, guides and task aids) to ensure clear and coherent deliverables.
  • Design customized solutions for Alphard’s clients by selecting the most suitable technologies and methodologies for each context.
  • Facilitate workshops to foster collaboration, spark innovation and ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
  • Support clients in defining, implementing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and value of deployed solutions.
  • Manage projects diligently to meet scope, cost, schedule and quality expectations.
  • Provide proactive client follow-up and professional support after implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with internal teams and client teams.
  • Act as a technical and strategic advisor, supporting both clients and team members in their technology decisions.
  • Contribute to Alphard’s growth by identifying business opportunities and helping to strengthen our presence with clients.
  • And of course, perform any other related tasks that contribute to the team’s collective success and project excellence.
Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, project management and writing skills.
  • Excellent command of written French.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative and autonomy.
  • Versatility, curiosity and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Power BI.
  • Interest in the industrial sector and in new technologies.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required, as some documents come from international partners and some deliverables are intended for global executives whose business language is English.

Location:

    From one of our offices in Montréal, Brossard, Québec City, Trois-Rivières or Saguenay, you can be affiliated with the office of your choice and work in hybrid mode (a mix of remote and in-office work each week).

    Some mobility may be required, as our projects span across Québec (Abitibi, Northern Québec, Estrie, Québec City region, Centre-du-Québec, Greater Montréal), across Canada (Ontario, Alberta, Western provinces) and internationally (Chile, Portugal and more).
