- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders on complex job sites.
- Anticipate, manage and resolve field issues, whether technical, operational or human.
- Maintain clear and strategic communication with the client.
- Track progress, costs and schedules with rigor.
- Prepare deficiency lists and drive their resolution.
- Actively participate in work acceptance phases.
- Document the work through annotated drawings and final compliance reports.
- Manage changes and ensure a structured project close-out.
Your profile:
- Engineer and member of the OIQ with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in site supervision and civil engineering project management.
- Valid ASP Construction card.
- Valid driver’s licence and mobility required.
- Ability to perform in demanding, high-pressure environments.
- Natural field leadership and excellent judgment.
- Excellent command of French and functional English.
Assets
- Experience on major or complex projects, including industrial, mining or critical infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in geosynthetics or containment structures.
- Experience in structural inspection.
